I am a Senior Research Scientist at NORC at the University of Chicago and a Visiting Scholar at Dartmouth College. My research interests are primarily in the field of comparative politics, with a focus on elections and policy making in Africa’s emerging democracies. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at Dartmouth College. I completed a Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego, a Master’s degree at Johns Hopkins University / SAIS, and a BA at Oberlin College.
